Business Analyst - Product Management

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic product management team. As an Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team by conducting market research, analyzing user needs, and assisting in product development.

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough requirements workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather information.

  • Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements.

  • Create user stories and use cases to define product features and functionalities.

• Process Modeling and Design:

  • Develop clear and concise process flows, data flows, and use case diagrams to visualize business processes.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose solutions.

  • Design and document functional specifications for system enhancements and new developments.

• Data Analysis:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful information.

  • Prepare data-driven reports and presentations to support decision-making.

• Project Management:

  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Manage project scope, risks, and issues effectively.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.

  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Product Development Support:

  • Support the development team by providing clarifications and answering questions.

  • Participate in product reviews and testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)

• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• A passion for technology and product development

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)

• Knowledge of user experience and user interface design principles

• Knowledge of data mining and data warehousing techniques
