About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate marketing ideas into compelling visual stories. This role will work closely with marketing, content, and internal teams to create high-impact creatives that strengthen brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Creatives
Design marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and promotional assets
Create digital design assets for website pages and campaign landing pages
Design creatives for campaign launches, product promotions, and brand initiatives
Brand Consistency
Support branding initiatives and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines
Maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels and materials
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, content, and internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements
Translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication
Campaign & Event Design
Develop creatives for events, campaigns, and internal marketing activities
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets aligned with campaign timelines
Multimedia & AI Tools
Support basic video editing and motion graphics (good to have)
Leverage AI-powered design tools for faster production, mockups, enhancements, and creative experimentation
Functional Competencies
Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills
High creative thinking ability and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management and deadline orientation
Good communication and collaboration skills
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Figma or similar design tools
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects – preferred)
Experience using AI-powered design tools for image/video generation, enhancement, mockups, or automation
Understanding of print production processes and digital design standards
Academic Profile & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in a corporate or agency environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and brand design work
