About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and visionary Vice President of Human Resources to join our leadership team and drive our people strategy forward. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our organizational culture, championing initiatives that attract, develop, and retain world-class talent while ensuring our HR practices align with our business objectives.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires deep expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture Building within a global SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support business growth and organizational excellence
Partner with C-suite executives to align people initiatives with company goals and drive business outcomes
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that build a high-performing workforce
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels of the organization
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract top talent
Lead organizational change management initiatives and culture transformation efforts
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while managing risk effectively
Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering professional growth and development
Drive employee engagement strategies and create a workplace where people thrive
Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI
What You Bring
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP or C-level role
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic HR initiatives in complex organizations
Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning
Strong business acumen with ability to translate HR strategies into measurable business results
Experience leading through organizational change and transformation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Exceptional leadership and executive presence with excellent communication skills
Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics platforms
Nice to Have
Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
Background in mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective
International HR experience or managing global teams
Expertise in HR technology transformation and digital HR initiatives
Experience in your specific industry sector
Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
