We are hiring AI-Native Java Engineers who combine strong backend fundamentals with AI-augmented development practices. Your primary stack will be Java + Spring Boot + Microservices — but your real multiplier will be AI.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is for developers who already work with AI daily. You:

• Use AI copilots as your primary coding companion
• Think in prompts before implementations
• Understand how LLMs reason
• Engineer context deliberately
• Measure productivity through AI leverage

Key Responsibilities

AI-Augmented Engineering

• Build backend systems using AI copilots like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT
• Use AI for code generation, refactoring, test case generation, performance tuning, and documentation
• Apply prompt engineering and context engineering to produce production-grade outputs
• Continuously experiment with AI tooling to improve development velocity

Core Backend Engineering

• Design and develop scalable Java backend services
• Architect Microservices using Spring Boot
• Implement REST APIs, transaction management, and concurrency handling
• Work with relational databases and JPA/Hibernate
• Contribute to scalable, cloud-ready systems

AI-Aware System Design

• Design systems that can integrate with AI agents
• Think in automation layers
• Build APIs that are AI-consumable
• Collaborate in building AI-powered enterprise workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of strong hands-on Java backend experience
• Deep knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL databases
• Active daily usage of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Working knowledge of LLM fundamentals (tokens, embeddings, context windows – conceptual understanding)
• Experience with prompt engineering techniques and context management for large codebases
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver production-grade code

Preferred Skills

• Built internal AI tools or automation scripts
• Experience integrating AI APIs into applications
• Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and database optimization
