Job Description

Zycus is seeking a seasoned Vice President – Professional Services to lead and scale our global delivery organization. While Source-to-Pay (S2P) expertise is preferred, we are equally open to leaders with strong experience in any large-scale ERP or SaaS digital transformation, including SAP S/4HANA (MM/SD/FICO/PP), Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday, NetSuite, Infor, JD Edwards, or transformation programs in O2C, CLM, Finance, or Supply Chain, as well as complex multi-module global ERP rollouts. Candidates with S2P experience will have an advantage, but deep ERP/SaaS transformation leadership is the primary requirement.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the global Professional Services strategy for large-scale ERP/SaaS transformation programs.

  • Align delivery strategy with organizational growth, customer value, and operational excellence.

Delivery Excellence

  • Lead large, complex global transformation programs across S2P, ERP, O2C, CLM, or related enterprise domains.

  • Establish and enforce strong PMO governance, ensuring structured execution, transparent reporting, and disciplined delivery practices.

  • Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution across programs.

  • Implement robust change management frameworks to maximize user adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure smooth organizational transitions.

  • Maintain consistent delivery quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.

P&L Ownership

  • Own end-to-end P&L for Professional Services, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and optimal resource allocation.

Innovation & Automation

  • Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and accelerators to modernize delivery models and improve implementation efficiency.

Business Growth

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create differentiated service offerings and support GTM initiatives.

  • Contribute to pre-sales, deal shaping, solutioning, and strategic pursuits.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent Zycus in global industry forums, customer advisory boards, and procurement/ERP transformation communities.

  • Publish insights and influence industry direction in ERP/SaaS transformation and intelligent procurement.

Customer Value Realization

  • Partner with CXOs to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and enterprise-wide adoption.

  • Deliver measurable business impact—including automation, compliance improvement, cost optimization, and process efficiency.

Practice Development

  • Build and scale a world-class Professional Services organization across geographies.

  • Develop delivery methodologies, accelerators, and governance models applicable across ERP/SaaS domains.


Required Skills :

  • 18–25 years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or SaaS/ERP delivery with strong expertise in large-scale enterprise digital transformation (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, O2C, CLM, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar).

  • Proven track record of leading complex global transformation programs with strong emphasis on PMO governance, risk management, and change management.

  • Experience managing P&L for Professional Services, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

  • Demonstrated ability to scale global delivery organizations with large, distributed, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Deep understanding of ERP/SaaS implementation methodologies, value realization frameworks, and enterprise-wide adoption strategies.

  • Expertise in developing repeatable service offerings, delivery accelerators, playbooks, and governance models across ERP/SaaS domains.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape go-to-market strategies, support pre-sales, and influence strategic deals.

  • Hands-on exposure to AI, automation, and analytics to modernize Professional Services delivery models.

  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders globally.

  • Experience contributing to industry forums, customer advisory boards, or thought leadership within ERP/SaaS transformation (S2P expertise preferred but not mandatory).
