Role & Responsibilities

Configuration & Solution Design

• Configure procurement modules (Upstream and Downstream) across cloud procurement suites.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations and maintain configuration documentation.
• Define, configure, and validate workflows, approval hierarchies, master data, reporting dashboards, and ERP/financial integrations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, perform functional testing, and ensure configuration aligns with client needs.
• Provide configuration expertise during enhancements, upgrades, and production support.

Implementation & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including design, testing, training, reporting, and post-go-live support.
• Drive project delivery ensuring successful, on-time go-live and customer adoption.
• Coordinate with client teams and onsite/offshore engagement teams to gather requirements, finalize deliverables, and manage workplans.
• Ensure quality delivery of engagements both led by self and executed by reportees.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a functional SME for Source-to-Pay processes: supplier onboarding, requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and payables.
• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend best practices for procurement transformation.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives and long-term strategy.
• Serve as a customer advocate within Zycus for issue resolution and feature prioritization.

Pre-Sales & Support

• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, client orals, and solution demonstrations.
• Manage S2P production support and enhancement requests, partnering with business owners to validate change requirements.
• Identify recurring issue patterns and work with product management/engineering for systemic resolution.
