We are seeking a Leadership Hiring Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end hiring for senior leadership roles across our global organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic talent acquisition professional with proven expertise in Executive Search and Leadership Level hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive executive recruitment for CXO, VP, and Director-level positions
• Develop and execute sophisticated talent mapping and strategic sourcing strategies
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking for leadership talent
• Build and maintain a high-caliber global leadership talent pipeline
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across executive leadership teams
• Utilize advanced recruiting technologies and platforms for efficient talent acquisition
• Design and execute targeted executive recruitment campaigns
• Develop comprehensive talent acquisition metrics and reporting
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
• Ensure diversity and inclusion in executive talent sourcing
• Partner closely with executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to attract top-tier talent

Required Skills:

• 8 –15 years of recruitment experience with 3+ years in executive leadership hiring
• Demonstrated success in hiring CXO, VP, or Director-level roles in mid-to-large organizations
• Strong understanding of talent market mapping and strategic sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and C-Level stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, agile environments
• Proficient in networking using Linkedin
• Global hiring experience across North America, EMEA, or APAC regions
  
• Experience hiring Sales, Marketing roles for Software companies preferred.
